At Massage Atlanta,  we want you to recieve the best service for our time together.  Here are some guidelines for making that happen.

I work alone and can only see one persona at a time

    Reschedule / Late Policy:
    Life can be crazy, getting stuck in the office or traffic. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be fair, both to our Clients and our Therapists time, we have adopted the following policies: RESCHEDULE: 24 hour advance notice is required to qualify for rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment during your reserved time. Reschedules must be done online, phone and text are not accepted. CANCELED APPOINTMENTS: If you are unable to give your therapist 24 advanced notice, it is then Classified as a cancelation. You will be charged 50% of the retail value of your canceled appointment. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: If you have not contacted the therapist within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the entire price of the appointment. Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and have not communicated your late arrival, you have missed your appointment. Please arrive 10 min early on your first visit to fill out an intake.     Sick Policy
    In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of our employees, therapists and clients. Receiving a massage when you are sick is not advised. While in the early and acute stages of a cold, the flu or other illness, a massage can accelerate the onset of the infection and intensify its severity (via additional circulation of blood & lymph). If you get a massage after the infection has peaked, you may experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again. Please wait until you have been well for at least a week before getting your massage. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.

    Please understand the Groupons are a great way to introduce our services to potential new clients. The actual cost to the business is slightly higher than the Groupon price. To prevent clients from taking advantage of our offer, we have implemented the following policies. The terms and conditions of the offer are strictly enforced. One per person. One per party per day. Expired Groupons only count as credit towards retail priced sessions. Missed appointments forfeit their Groupon. Groupon Must be presented before the session. Groupon appointments must be booked on-line and choose the correct Groupon service.
